Enter the home from the rear parking area and yard, into the eat-in kitchen. Queen Bedroom 1 and newly updated 1/2 bath are located off the living area that comfortably seats six. Additional living and dining space are found on the front porch that offers AC or sea breezes through the screened windows. Queen Bedroom 2 and full bath with shower and washer/dryer combo are on the second floor as is King Bedroom 3 with views out to the water on two sides. Brand new memory foam mattresses in all bedrooms. A/C's throughout the house, Wifi and electric heat if needed. Outdoor shower, picnic table and seating for 6 on patio. Lots of yard space to play in and parking for four cars.

This cozy beach house is a hidden gem located in the quiet Nauset Heights area and only minutes walking distance from Nauset Beach and Priscilla Landing inlet. This newly renovated home offers a true beach house experience with all the amenities of comfort needed while away from home. Very clean, very well-appointed, nice common areas, and plenty of space for 6 guests. My wife and I went with another couple and especially enjoyed coffee on the enclosed front porch and long walks along the beach and inlet. It was a short drive to all local restaurants and shopping but also had all we needed to enjoy a meal at home. We have already planned our next trip back and cant wait to return!
