Only a five minute drive to famed Nauset beach, this five bedroom house sleeps 12 and is perfect for families (like us!) who love the Cape! Enjoy the large 16 x 32 inground heated pool and brand new above ground hot tub! The whole house was completely renovated for 2023, including a brand new kitchen with all new appliances and granite countertops, two new bathrooms, new HVAC mini split air conditioning throughout entire house, new hardwood flooring throughout first and second floors, and new outdoor deck and furniture.
