The living room offers comfortable seating and TV for hanging out after a day at the beach. Large picture windows provide sunlight and beautiful water views. Also on the main level is the queen bedroom, full bathroom, and laundry. The upper level has the second full bathroom and three bedrooms - a very large king bedroom, and two additional bedrooms each with two twin beds.
Step out the front door to expansive views of Town Cove as you grill dinner on the patio. The lawn between the house and the water is part of your vacation retreat and provides direct access down a pathway to the water. Bring your kayaks and paddleboards! Relax and dine overlooking the water or relax in the hammock with a great beach read.
The Cottage Street Bakery, Ice Cream Cafe, Cooke's Seafood and Lost Dog Pub are just around the corner for sweet treats and delicious food. Two of Orleans' famous beaches, Skaket and Nauset, are just 7 and 10 minutes by car.
