No need to pack the car because Kayak Beach is 4 minutes away and it is just 12 minutes to Lieutenant Island Beach. The home's kitchen was completely renovated in 2022, with new natural alder wood cabinets and quality appliances including an Italian electric induction stove and retro-style Smeg refrigerator. Long Italian Carrara marble counter-tops and classic light fixtures make it a great place to spend time. One main level bedroom with Queen bed and ensuite bathroom and the upper level has a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds and the second full bathroom with walk in shower.  Great loft sitting area with TV. A new deck looks out onto the pines and over to part of the conservation area, making it a quiet spot to sit and enjoy.  The large outdoor shower is perfect after a day at the beach or pond.   Your perfect Lieutenant Island getaway!

Properties on Lieutenant Island are accessed via a short causeway that at times can be covered by water at high tide (two times a day for approximately one hour). A tide chart is provided to plan accordingly.
