Description
Enjoy spectacular water views from every room of this 4 Bedroom, 2.5 bath waterfront home with large private beach and docks on both Long Pond and Black Pond. Take a gradually descending path to the property's large private sandy beach on both Long Pond and Black Pond, where you have use of the house pedal boat, kayak, canoe, docks, beach chairs, life jackets, and assorted beach games/toys. If you're bringing your boat, just launch it from the Brewster Beach ramp, 300 yards from the property’s beach, & dock it alongside the Long Pond dock.
The spacious main level offers open plan living with vaulted ceilings. A living room with plenty of seating and new flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, comfy loft, and two bedrooms (one queen, one full), and 1 full and 1 half bath. Sliding glass doors lead out onto a large wrap-around deck with a retractable awning, gas grill, tables for dining, and chairs for relaxing, & taking in the amazing views of Long Pond. The lower level has a large living space with the second TV, foosball and mid-size ping pong table and queen sofa bed. The large room connects to a two bedroom (one queen, one with 2 twin beds) and full-bath suite. Walk out through the sliders onto a terraced sitting area overlooking Long Pond. Around the corner, is the enclosed outdoor shower and dressing area. In the sandy side yard, is a firepit circled with Adirondack chairs for the perfect after dinner ‘smores-making’ gathering.

The view and the private, secluded beach of this property are stunning. Access to the two ponds was great. And the shady beach was a treat. The breezes off the lake were a bit too chilly a few days so we enjoyed the nearby bike trail. All in all, a lovely vacation.

We had a magical time! Perfect vacation area! The house is a great size for our big family, we all have a place to stay. Our two jet skis were perfect for the lake along with tubing. The house was amazing and entertaining. Thank you!
