Dog Friendly Close to Point of Rocks Beach

This beautifully updated home is just .9 miles to Point of Rocks Landing Beach where at high tide you can swim and at low tide you can walk out over the exposed sand flats. Watching sunset over the bay is an amazing experience. Brewster’s other beautiful beaches are also just a short drive away, as is Nickerson State Park where you can hike, fish and kayak or paddleboard in freshwater ponds. Other nearby attractions are the Cape Cod Rail Trail for walking and biking, excellent restaurants, the famous Brewster Store with its large and quirky selection of goods (including penny candy), and the Brewster Scoop ice cream stand. Baseball fans can watch the Brewster Whitecaps play on a field just a short distance away.

The first floor features the kitchen, a dining room with seating for 8, a large living room with a fireplace and TV, and two bedrooms, one with a king and the other with a queen bed. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, the larger one with four twin beds and the other furnished with two twin beds that form a king-size bed when pushed together. (That latter room also has a daybed, providing yet more space for sleeping, napping, or just lounging.) The kitchen features all new appliances, a microwave, and both a Keurig K-Duo coffeemaker and an electric hot water kettle. There is a washer and a dryer in the mudroom next to the kitchen and a full bath on each floor as well as an enclosured outsidoor shower.  Dual zone Central AC. Lovely fully fenced yard.
Games to play on the lawn include Bocce, Kubb, and Badminton. Other yard features include a driveway with room to park up to 4 cars, a gas grill and an electric smoker, an herb garden, and a large table with chairs and an umbrella. Several lounge chairs and two hammocks are available for reading or snoozing.

Beach supplies including a beach trolley, chairs, and toys are in the garage.
