Beautifully renovated 4 bedroom, 3 bath home in Eastham close to Cape Cod National Seashore Beaches--Coast Guard Beach and Nauset Light Beach. Just 1 mile to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Enter the house to a large great room with cathedral ceilings and open floor plan. Large dining table seats 8. Fully stocked kitchen has breakfast bar for additional seating and offers a bottled water station. Living area has a flat screen tv and access to the large patio and yard. Primary bedroom with king bed and remodeled en-suite bath is off the living room. 2 other bedrooms and a full bath are at the other side of the house past the kitchen. One has a queen and a 2 twin bunk bed and the other has 2 twins. Upstairs has another bedroom with a king bed and full bath. Sliders near the living and kitchen area lead to back yard and patio area. Outdoor dining table seats eight and you can choose either the gas or charcoal grill for cookouts. Corn hole game in the yard and Foosball table in the basement for fun. Plenty of beach toys, chairs and umbrellas for your day at the beach. Lots of bicycles too...even a tandem bike! Outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off when you return to the house. Beautiful Patio installed 2021!

Great Home-Base for a Family Vacation
This Eastham house was a wonderful home-base for our three-generation family vacation. We enjoyed eating inside or outside. The kids loved playing in the yard. We were close enough to the very popular Nauset Light Beach (which has a small parking lot), that we could easily go over for just an hour or two at the start or end of the day. The basement is very well stocked with beach chairs, sand toys, yard games, boogie boards, bicycles and more - they are well organized and well maintained. So, while you will have to pack your own sheets and towels, you will not need to pack lots of beach gear. And there were also board games and puzzles, which was much appreciated on rainy days.

Our whole family felt very comfortable at this house. The owners attention to detail is amazing. The inside and outside decor is lovely. Our little ones loved painting rocks and enjoyed the whole craft area. The proximity to the ocean and bay beaches is a perfect location. For more than 30 years weve been vacationing every summer at the Cape. This house readily meets all of our current needs.

This is a great house in a handy location. It was clean and very well stocked both with kitchen items as well as bikes, beach equipment and even towels. We enjoyed the board games, puzzles and rock painting station on the one rainy day of our trip. The back patio and yard are beautiful and great for outdoor eating and relaxing too.

This lovely beach house made our stay in Cape Cod a wonderful and relaxing experience! Such a beautiful home with a great backyard for hanging out as well as a nice cozy space inside. This Eastham home had everything we needed, from the kitchen amenities to beach equipment and games! It was super clean and would definitely recommend this place to any family and friend group that wants to escape to the Cape. (I especially loved the cute painted rocks on the walkway in front of the house from all the vacay residents perfect touch!)

The homeowners of this property have gone above and beyond!! We have been renting on the Cape for 20 years and this beautiful home was our favorite! The location, the cleanliness, the amenities at the house that are there for your use are too much to list! The owners must have been renters because they have thought of everything and it is there! We would definitely love to rent here again for years to come!

We had a really amazing family and friend trip to Eastham to end this summer. This was our first time with our families (with 4 children total, ages 2-4) to the Cape, and this home made this trip fantastic. The amenities especially all of the beach toys, chairs/umbrellas and the BIKES were AWESOME! The home was inviting, CLEAN, and huge. The kids loved the bunk beds, and the games. The amount of space indoor and outdoor was perfect for our group of 8. The location was perfect between trips to Provincetown down to Chatham and Hyannis. Thank you for making our stay perfect, it was a pleasure communicating with you, and I hope to come back in the future for another family trip. Best!

This house has it all. A beautiful home close to the Cape Cod National Seashore, many bicycles to get there, beach chairs to sit in, strong wifi, good air conditioning, all the pots and pans you will ever need, and laundry facilities. Loved it.

Extremely beautiful area, nice and quiet. In the middle of the Cape so travel to the north for Provincetown or south for Hyannis is not a far drive and very do-able. Quick drive or bike ride to the beach. The house comes with plenty of bikes and beach accessories which really came in handy. Beds are comfortable and we had no issues with bathrooms or kitchen. Wide variety of games to play and DVDs for entertainment. Outdoor shower was our favorite part. I recommend this place for a getaway retreat with family or friends!
