This beautiful split ranch is only .5 miles to Rock Harbor Beach and less than 1 mile to Cape Cod Rail Trail. Entry level bedroom #1 has double bed, TV and en-suite bath with tub/shower. There is also access to the basement for the washer and dryer. Go up a few steps to the main level. Large sunny living room with flat screen TV. Dining area seats six and is between the living area and kitchen. Up a few more stairs is bedroom #2 with two single beds and the primary bedroom suite is at the end of the hall with a queen sized bed, sitting area and its own bath with walk-in shower. Third full bath is in the hallway. A sliding glass door off dining room leads to deck with table, chairs and umbrella, as well as additional built in seating. Large level grassy yard is fully fenced in for outdoor fun. Gas grill on the deck is perfect for the after beach cookout. Mini-Split AC in Living Room and Primary Bedroom, window units in Bedrooms 2 & 3. Outdoor Shower, Clothesline, 6 beach chairs and other beach toys provided.

The home was absolutely perfect. It had everything you need! Paper towels, toilet paper, wine glasses, lobstah cooking materials, you name it the house had it. Made for a convenient and low key stay away for our family. Looking forward to renting again!
