Four-season sun porch off the back of the house has large flat screen TV, dining area, and opens onto full deck in private back yard. Bonus room "Breezeway" has desk for remote work, with sliding barn door for privacy. Primary bedroom has a queen bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Washer/Dryer in basement. Gas Grill, window AC units, fans & Outdoor Shower. Foosball table and Darts in the basement. Beach Chairs (4), boogie boards (2), umbrella, sand toys, large cooler, pack n play, high chair, stroller. Side yard has fire pit and surrounding adirondack chairs, and the house is brimming with lawn games, puzzles, and more.

Excellent summer getaway
My family and I enjoyed every minute at this house. The location was perfect and it had everything we needed to ensure we had a relaxing and fun vacation. My kids could play in the yard while while we sat on the deck looking at the beautiful views. The neighborhood was very quiet and still close to everything in town especially the beaches. We are already looking forward to coming back next summer.

Review of Near Asa's Landing on Town Cove
Great family vacation
The home was spacious and well cared for.
The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans, and utensils you would ever need.
The four season room was the most inviting and we spent many evenings relaxing and playing board games as well as home cooked dinners at the large dining table.
Would recommend this vacation home to as it is situated closed to all amenities in Orleans and only a half hour drive to Provincetown.
