The living room is bright and tastefully accented with colorful rugs, whimsical art and comfy furnishings (sofa is a pull-out bed). The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped and ready for the catch of the day. An attached dining area affords the option of dining inside or out on the pond-side patio. Also on the main level is Bedroom 1 with a full size bed and Bedroom 2 with full sized sofa bed and TV, a 3/4 bath with shower. There is also a sweet little nook with a day bed, books and a view of Black Pond. Climb the stairs to the upstairs loft with 2 twin bed trundle and sitting area. Air conditioning throughout will keep you cool during the hot summer days. The outdoor shower is a soothing place to end a full day. This cottage is cute as can be but this home is built on a little piece of Heaven and the many joys of summer on Cape Cod are steps away. Just .3 miles to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Come and visit Brewster,the ponds, the shops, the summer baseball, the parks and beaches, all are close at hand and waiting for you to enjoy.

Top notch. I always know I'll be contacted in the fall when it's time to book for the following summer. Communications are always clear and friendly, questions always answered promptly. We haven't needed a lot in terms of support but I'm confident that any need would be taken care of with the highest quality of service.

The location of this cottage is so special - quiet, private, access to a great lake for swimming and lake views in every direction. It's cute, comfortable, clean and well kept. We appreciated last year's kitchen upgrade and this year's bathroom reno. The only reason I don't give it a 10 is because it only has one real bedroom. We love it - if it had more comfortable sleeping options it would be absolutely perfect.

This house has it all! Easy access to town, beaches, and ponds; tons of charm; and well-stocked for all your indoor and outdoor needs. For a family of four, you could not ask for a better place. The waterfront setup is stellar, the dock on Long Pond was so great for my kids to enjoy the water and for parents to enjoy a peaceful cup of coffee in the morning. Also, communication with hosts was dynamite, so impressed with the responsiveness.

Great location between two bodies of water, with lovely water views from every window of the house and fine cross breezes. House is small but well-appointed and thoughtfully laid out. We loved the easy access to the bike trail, tennis courts and Whitecaps baseball games. Home is cozy, comfortable and relaxing. Looking forward to our next visit!
