Located 2/10 of a mile from the Atlantic and Nauset Beach this vacation spot is spacious and all on one level. 3 a/c window units, gas grill, ...even teak floors in the outdoor shower! Step down to the Summer room with couches and a TV for the kids or walk outside to a private patio with an outdoor shower. You can boil up the lobsters and clams in the fully equipped kitchen and dine inside or out as your mood dictates. You will rest easy with 3 bedrooms after a full day of Cape Cod Summer League baseball, fishing, boating, hiking,surfing or just taking in the many activities the Town of Orleans and the Lower Cape have to offer. Please note: there is also an attached farmhouse which may be rented to accommodate larger families. Come and make your own History in Beautiful East Orleans. Foosball table in summer porch!!

You think of the actual vacation as the experience, but when you work with a team like Jennifer and Kathleen, you realize that they are as much a part of your fantastic Cape experience - and if they were not as top-notch as they are, your vacation experience would be sub-par. Jennifer and her team have a perfect balance of high expertise and high client care.

You cannot beat the walk to Nauset Beach! There is so much to do at the Cape, and the proximity to the beach makes it easy to incorporate the beach into your day without having to commit your entire day to a drive to the beach. The kitchen is spacious and well-stocked. A big kitchen table for evening games. The enclosed patio area was redone with outdoor lighting - great for dinner time and late night hanging out. We use the yard for cornhole and the side yard for sitting under the big shady trees.

Property
10 minute walk to Nauset Beach is the selling point for this property. Also it is a short drive to the National Seashore beaches. Great area restaurants and not far from Harwich Port ferry to Nantucket. The house is a little dated with tiny bathrooms but it was clean and well stocked with basic supplies.

The property is in very good shape. The photos are accurate. There are 2 separate units in a common building. Each with separate entrance. Our unit had an enclosed courtyard with gas grill, table, and outdoor shower. There is plenty of parking. It has 3 air conditioners (1 in living room, 1 in 2 of the bedrooms). It is a 10 min walk to Nauset beach. Numerous restaurants in Orleans about 10 min away by car. The WiFi worked great. We had a great relaxing vacation!
