Working with Jen at Beach Road Properties for 18 years has been a great experience. Looking forward to continuing our relationship for our annual family Cape Cod vacation.

Loved the property. Plenty of room for our large family. The property owners as I have stated in previous comments are gracious. EVERY YEAR OUR GRANDCHILDREN FIND A SPECIAL STONE AT NAUSET BEACH AND WRITE THE YEAR AND NAMES OF THE FAMILY MEMBERS ON VACATION AND PUT THE STONE IN THE ALCOVE OF THE FIREPLACE THE HOMEOWNERS LEAVE THEM IN THE ALCOVE FOR THE FOLLOWING YEARS. Other families staying at the property have done the same adding to the collection. It is great to see. And yes the grandkids check the alcove as soon as we enter the property and they are thrilled to see their stones and others are still there. How great is that.

I felt as if the staff at Beach Road--took care of my needs.

Great house--we ended up having a family pickle ball tournament--it was terrific.

Jen and Kathleen are both professional and friendly. Jen I have worked with for 17 years and I look forward to continuing our relationship.

Another family fun vacation 2022. I would like to note that we have been to 7 Duck Pond Lane for the past 9 years and the property owners are very gracious. Our granddaughter began 9 years ago finding a stone at the beach and she wrote all our names and the year on the stone and left it on the fireplace alcove. The owners did not remove it. Every year since she finds the perfect stone and writes our names and the year. The best thing is other renters have now joined in and have done the same. It is great to see. Our grandchildren are now teenagers and every year they look to see the memory stones.

Everyone I spoke to from booking a vacation property, checking in and any questions that arose during our stay was handled promptly and efficiently.

We have been working with Jen for 16 years. She has always been there for our family. Jen is friendly and professional. She strives to make sure everything is perfect for your stay on the Cape.

Very beautiful home. Has everything you will need for your stay. The location is 1 Mile to the beach and close to shopping. We have stayed at this particular home since 2014. The home accommodates 10 guest. It is perfect for a large family. The grandchildren enjoy the tennis courts and the private beach area.

Awesome house and location, has everything anyone could ever need on vacation. It did smell a bit (like pets had been there) but that was our main reason for renting this specific house so understandably so. We knew this could likely be the case with any rental that allows pets. Nonetheless it was so awesome for us to be able to take out pets with us on vacation! Plenty of room for sleeping options and I like the open feeling in the bedrooms. Yard is great, private. Tennis courts are an added bonus and we loved walking over to the pond for swimming or just for the views. Saw a few seals and a pair of dolphins which was one of the highlights of our trip!

The property is spacious and located near beach and town. We have been to this rental 5 years and will continue each year as long as it is available for rent.
