This home could work as a 4 bedroom house with two rooms located on the main level, one with a king bed and the second with a futon. Two additional bedrooms are located on the second level, one with a queen and the other with 2 twins, along with the second full bathroom. You will stay cool on the hot summer days with 3 window A/C units. (One installed in each of the 3 bedrooms.) Relax in the private back yard with a large deck and outside shower. This is just the start of a great getaway. Take your meal outside to relax with the breeze on cook on the gas grill. Owners stock the garage with items to make the beach even more fun including sand toys, chairs and boogie boards. Washer and dryer are located in the basement to help make your vacation even more convenient. This home is close to everything, yet far enough removed to insure the Cape experience. Come and stay in perfectly, peaceful Eastham. Just .7 miles to Cape Cod Rail Trail.

The property at 50 Lombard is spacious and welcoming. Great place to come home to after a day at the beach. The neighborhood is also very friendly and peaceful.

The team was wonderful. The people I spoke to and worked with on this were incredibly responsive. I had inquired about another property that wasn't available and they provided two other alternative options that fit what I was looking for. The payment options and ease of check-in were great as were the communications during and post rental.

This past year has been a challenging year for everyone, but in addition to pandemic related challenges, my older son has deployed for the year with the Army National Guard and my mother passed away last month after a year of declining health. My younger son and I definitely needed to take advantage of school vacation to get away. It was short notice and we wanted the flexibility to be able include my husband, my brother, sister in-law as their work schedules permitted as well as their dogs. It was an opportunity for us to spend time together under happier circumstances than we'd had recently. I feel we were very lucky to find Beach Road and the Eastham property. My son loved the games and we actually took time to play some. The house is very comfortable, clean and family friendly. I was surprised by the size of the yard. There is plenty of room for kids and pets. It's a very nice quiet neighborhood.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. This house has everything we needed and then some. Wifi was strong in the main living areas, less so in the king bedroom at the far end of house. Ideal for kids and adults looking for adventure or looking to unwind. Explore the areas beaches, hiking trails, shops, great food, or just hang at the house with a good book. October was a great time to rent! Spacious yet cozy, with well stocked kitchen, games, puzzles, the latest TV technology (note: took us 20 min to figure out how to work the LR TV and DVD player. We're kind of old school, but maybe leave a note on how to work it for future travelers?) enough DVDs to rival Blockbuster, outdoor grill and shower, as well as covered and uncovered patio for sitting, beach chairs, and more. Given the opportunity, we'd definitely come back!

We love this house! It has a comfortable living space and nice bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen and family-size dining table. We enjoy the outdoor shower, the back deck area and the screened porch. It is in a quiet neighborhood. This year we really appreciated the air-conditioned bedrooms. It is convenient to stores and restaurants, Nauset Light Beach and First Encounter Beach.
