Beach Road Properties offers nothing but the best. They take all the stress out of finding a home so you can focus on your vacation.

The property at 50 Lombard is spacious and welcoming. Great place to come home to after a day at the beach. The neighborhood is also very friendly and peaceful.

Rock Harbor Hideaway Reservation ID #HA-8QMFZB ***** our family of four (2 adults, 8 year old, 3 year old) stayed here for a week during our visit to cape cod and absolutely loved it. the kids loved sharing the upstairs room and feeling like they had their own "living room" plenty of shaded outdoor space to enjoy dinner or hanging out. the patio was big enough for our young kids to bike around. easy access to skaket beach (free parking after 4:30 pm, but usually a little earlier) and central location to explore other parts of the cape. we would definitely stay here again. Top notch. I always know I'll be contacted in the fall when it's time to book for the following summer. Communications are always clear and friendly, questions always answered promptly. We haven't needed a lot in terms of support but I'm confident that any need would be taken care of with the highest quality of service.

The location of this cottage is so special - quiet, private, access to a great lake for swimming and lake views in every direction. It's cute, comfortable, clean and well kept. We appreciated last year's kitchen upgrade and this year's bathroom reno. The only reason I don't give it a 10 is because it only has one real bedroom. We love it - if it had more comfortable sleeping options it would be absolutely perfect.

I felt as if the staff at Beach Road--took care of my needs.

Great house--we ended up having a family pickle ball tournament--it was terrific.

I have to say, when we arrived, the place was exceptionally clean. Not something I would normally have noticed as its expected, but I was impressed with the detail. Kudos to the cleaning team for making an old beach cottage sparkle!

BRP has always been extremely helpful in assisting us to find the property that we need, with the amenities we requested, and on the dates that work for us. They are extremely helpful and responsive to needs that arise during the vacation stay. All around excellent company.

This is a beautiful property, well appointed, beautiful view, extensive outside deck, spacious interior.

Coveside - Waterfront Orleans Town Cove The Coveside is in a great location on the Cape making short trips to all the activities that the Cape has to offer. The ice cream and bakery around the corner is an added bonus as well! The only drawback to the property is the access to the water. The Cove is beautiful for swimming, paddle boarding, sailing, etc.. However, the path to the waters edge can be harder to navigate with boards and heavier objects than expected. There is no dock but that is not a problem at all and not the norm on the cove anyway. Check in was a breeze and the property is in the most peaceful setting. Great place to unwind

As stated above, the team couldn't have been more responsive from inquiry to check-in. We arrived in town early and asked if we could get into the house to put our cooler contents in the fridge and the team answered our call, checked on the possibility and we were able to check in earlier.

The property was fabulous, in a quiet neighborhood with a park steps away. We found the path to town and enjoyed all that Clayton Circle had to offer.

Did not want to leave this house. Such great character, tons of games, even beach chairs, umbrella and lawn games! Back house was a huge plus and even the back porch. Yard was huge and amazing and the location was even better. Will definitely want to return!

Brewster Seascape Reservation ID #HA-B1MFRV ***** This was one of the best houses weve stayed in on the Cape! The primary bedroom is large and super comfortableroom for yoga/workouts even! The a/c kept things nice and cool, along with the naturally cool basement. The fire pit and bikes were an extra bonus. Proximity to rail trail bike path could not have been more convenient. Only hard part was pulling out of neighborhood onto hwy 6A with the busy summer traffic. Overall great location, great house! Date of arrival - June 24, 2023

We loved our week in in the beautiful "Tree House!" It is such a peaceful, secluded spot where we can enjoy everything that Lieutenant's Island has to offer. Amazing to be able to walk to 2-3 beaches with gorgeous views and peaceful atmospheres. We also love that we can safely leave our rental Sunfish at one of the beaches all week. Perfect house to pursue our different preferred activities from biking to boating, fishing to reading and many more while spending quality time together as a family. We hope to be back soon!

I could not recommend a stay here more. Our family had the most wonderful time the house was spotless and beautifully designed. The beach is walking distance (and a beautiful walk, might I add). The area is totally peaceful and we had such wonderful dinners out on the deck. Such a great findwe will certainly be back! Ruthie B

This cabin is an ideal spot for a relaxed family beach vacation. It is clean, well-appointed and well-located. The house has a great layout- a fresh up-to-date kitchen, and spacious community areas, but also lovely bedrooms to provide privacy for everyone. The house is nestled in a natural and rural landscape, but also an easy and quick drive to restaurants and shopping. Walking distance to the beach, this cabin provides a wonderful location for an amazing summer holiday, and easy access to all of the attractions of the Cape! Allison C.
