There is also a sleeper sofa for an overnight visitor. This private property sits back from the road and is surrounded by woodlands, meadows, and the banks of Town Cove. A large back deck allows you to watch the children at the water’s edge while you grill the evening meal and plan how to spend the next day of your long awaited Cape vacation. Games and books fill bookcases and a flat screen TV sits ready to fill a rainy day if needed. The kitchen is clean and bright with a washer and dryer located close at hand. We fully enjoyed our stay on the Town Cove, loved relaxing on the deck, and very much appreciated the use of the two kayaks. During a very hot spell, room air conditioners, especially in the master bedroom and formal living room, kept us comfortable. Were very happy with a new bigger TV in the living area with good cable service so we could watch what we wanted. The kitchen remodeling and new appliances were very nice.

This is our third year renting this property and it feels like home. The location -- walking distance to town -- and being on the Cove is wonderful. The view from the deck and all the windows facing the Cove is restorative and beautiful. The sunsets and the animals (bunnies, ducks, turkeys, and more) never get old. I adore 72 Tonset.
